I usually give a brief introduction to mindfulness meditation for any people for a first time and a check-in for those who have been before, followed by a short guided meditation. I then share the ways of intergrating mindfulness into your life, without setting time aside for it, as well as giving guidance and support on instigating and sustaining your own daily practice.
The groups are every Wednesday at 6.30pm (all times are GMT). These meetings take place on Zoom.
